      Entry level, good way to gain experience

      Inconvénients

      - Not a diverse emotes pool, out of 200 employees there are no minorities who work here. - no value for the employees, very quick to replace loyal employees to save a few dollars in salary - A lot of nepotism

      -Cant really name any, maybe the schedule is 8.5 hours per day rather than 8 hours per day

      None that are worth mentioning

      Inconvénients

      Horrible company. Condescending salesmen, insane turnover rate, nepotism abound, egomaniacal owners, and a complete lack of communication with management. If employed, they might ask you to sign their NDA (I didn't), which would be fine if it weren't for the 5 year non-compete clause. If signed, this would disqualify you from working for any other HVAC company for half a decade. The incentive offered to sign this? $1.00. Not kidding.
