      the boss is very encouraging and motivating. he never fails to brighten up m days everyday and i am happy to have him

      Inconvénients

      the working hours are too long and not enough wellfare as well as benefits. the things to do are over hauling

      Avantages

      Management is understanding when it comes to personal stuff. The day goes by super fast as there are always projects/tasks to do. The old guy that owns the company is awesome. The daughter that runs the show is Superwoman and busts her tail with minimal support.

      Inconvénients

      Retailers are dropping like flies. Hours and pay were reduced due to Manufactures cutting what they pay out. Small company you have to wear many different hats.
