      Avantages

      If you have a good supervisor who stays off your back its a fine place to work.

      Inconvénients

      At least once a year there are large amounts of layoffs. Employees are always stressed and overworked as the company outsources more essential jobs. This leads to a toxic environment, depending on who your Director is and how they delegate tasks.

      Avantages

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
