      * Solid opportunities for personal growth * A friendly, team-oriented culture among the professional and middle management ranks * Provides good work/life opportunities for some * Good focus on technology and the latitude to experiment and innovate * Strong customer-orientation among some senior leadership

      Inconvénients

      * The core product is rather old; management feels strongly attached to it * Product orientation in a services company hinders company growth and overshadows long-term prospects * Small services team shoulders the burden for the entire company and ends up over-worked

      Avantages

      @hand offers a rich benefit program to all of it's full time employees. Culture is very important to @hand and is one that embraces the motto "work hard, play hard" and values employees personally and professionally. @hand encourages employees to speak their minds, push themselves and be forward-thinking, and collaborate as a team, no matter what department you are in.

      Inconvénients

      Smaller company, more visibility when you make mistakes, but also when you succeed. Company is still growing, so feeling some of the "growing pains" associated with lack of processes and procedures and infrastructure.
