Avantages
I think the only pro would be that my time there is over now. I’ll admit a couple people were cool, but mostly the place is a cesspool.
Inconvénients
Not only does management repeatedly fail to give employees adequate support or resources to accomplish goals, they do absolutely nothing to address any internal concerns or issues brought to their attention. They waste huge amounts of time and money hiring outside consultants who ultimately give the same suggestions employees have shared all along. There’s clear favoritism based on personal relationships or connections to the CEO/COO/Managing Editor (husband/wife/daughter) and involvement the “talent development program.” Expect absolutely zero response if you issue a complaint about anything. Harassment and bullying going completely unchecked doesn’t begin to cover it, so if you value respect, professionalism and accountability in the workplace, 72Point isn’t for you. IMO it’s a bit much to put aside daily just to produce tired, repetitive stories about pet food, travel and insurance companies that serve no one (not even the person writing them) wants to read.
