      Avantages

      People are friendly in my department; Most people are nice there; Working flexible; Not too stressed.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is probably low end, depend on which department; Salary increase is hard... unless you get promoted; Some department have to go to office everyday, hopefully they can implement hybrid working style

      Avantages

      Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

      Inconvénients

      Health Care could be better.
