      decent base pay, good people, great for those with social skills, simple opening and closing strategies, easy to follow dress code, company keeps up with raises well

      bad and expensive health insurance coverage, working with a lot of women means petty arguments, somewhat unorganized

      Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

      Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
