Avantages

-Excellents avantages, 22 jours de vacances + 8 jours de maladie -Des gens formidables et une excellente culture au bureau des ventes, un excellent directeur des ventes, mon travail là-bas me manquera

Inconvénients

- Le système de point de vente n'est pas aussi performant que celui de ses concurrents, mais il coûte plus cher. Il semble avoir 10 à 15 ans de retard sur Square et Toast. Il est donc difficile à vendre, et le taux de désabonnement est le plus élevé que j'aie jamais vu dans une entreprise. - La rémunération des ventes est deux fois inférieure à celle du marché, voire moins, pour les assistants commerciaux. Cela entraîne un turnover extrêmement élevé. - La direction semble peu disposée ou incapable de moderniser le produit pour le rendre compétitif sur un marché extrêmement saturé. - Le seul secteur où nous avons vraiment réussi est celui des boutiques de tabac et de vapotage, ce qui n'est pas idéal. - Aucune possibilité d'évolution si vous travaillez dans la vente. - Aucune possibilité de travail hybride ou à distance. - Pas de véritable support commercial, vous devrez donc effectuer de nombreuses tâches que les entreprises confient généralement à quelqu'un (collecte de documents, etc.). - Le service client est souvent quasi inexistant, de sorte que la majorité des appels entrants que vous recevez proviennent de commerçants paniqués de ne pas pouvoir obtenir d'assistance.

Her leadership was a game changer for me. The role itself isn't easy — as expected in a sales position, you’re responsible for generating your own leads, cold calling, and walking into businesses. When you put in the effort and show up as your genuine self, it’s recognized — and that made a huge difference in my motivation and performance. You are rewarded as well for performance that is solely activity based which was a huge motivator for me in months where I struggled to hit quota or when I first started building my pipeline . Overall, if you're looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and be supported by a strong team and inspiring leadership, SumUp is a fantastic place to be. I’m grateful for everything I learned and the relationships I built during my time there.
