      SME style management micro-management alot of paperwork to be submitted & passed around before things can be approved/finalised flipping instructions

      Avantages

      The people are amazing. They will teach you everything you need to know. Everyone takes pride in their work. True collaboration. People stay until retirement.

      Inconvénients

      The customers can be hard to deal with. After a while of being on the phones, you are drained. Unless someone passes away, there is very little room to move up.
