Compensation and work perks The actual product (the games) are great and I feel proud to be working for the company that makes League of Legends.
Inconvénients
Crazy-making levels of bureaucracy, even in roles where you're not impacting anything player-facing. You can't do or try anything without leadership buy-in, no matter what discipline. If you and leadership are sympatico, great! If not, good luck. You need to either be a tech genius, have god-tier charisma, or have no mind of your own (or pretend that you don't) to do well here.
