A fresh graduate is deemed a better job candidate than a QA with 5+ years of experience, even in the eyes of hiring managers in the same company. - QA treated as non-prod support, getting spammed by downstream users on why something isn't working or requests for data - Forced back to office (tracks employees with card scanner)
