      Avantages

      Interesting to work with animals. You learn a great deal about different animals and how to take care of them. Not super busy.

      Inconvénients

      No help from other departments. Management keeps changing. They play favorites when considering people for promotions. Sometimes not enough people scheduled for the day.

      Dynamic environment with good opportunities in various departments

      Inconvénients

      Leadership cuts at store level led to overworked environment and that had a profound impact on employees' ability to keep up minimum standards of quality and safety, especially in the salons.
