Avantages

Some good talented folks have worked at PDG. There are also some interesting projects in the works. But none of that makes up for the cons.

Inconvénients

Poor regard for human capital. Hires people under false pretenses, huge turnover rates, represents themselves as more stable than they are. While I was there I saw way too many people thrown out like they were yesterday's garbage. Some of the employees I knew were solicited from good stable jobs only to be fired after a few months.

PDG has worked hard over the last several years standardizing conscientious and transparent hiring practices. Our talent acquisition team regularly receives glowing feedback on our communications and recruiting practices. Our Employee Satisfaction surveys reflect the highest level of satisfaction with the work we do, our teammates, and our clients. PDG's Leadership team has made great strides in this area and recognizes the value and importance of our employees and contractors! Avantages

Flexible, remote work Fun and collaborative people Creative and impactful work

Inconvénients

Even though I listed flexible, remote work as a pro, I do miss being in an office from time to time. Thankfully, we do get together as a company and as teams several times per year.

Avantages

Decent pay for the work, and overall good experience with onboarding.

Inconvénients

Zero management structure, so project people and senior ID people are your manager, which means if you do something they don't like, you're gone. No conversation, no warning, no reasons. Just out. They ended my contract and I don't even know why or what I did, except to say the "Lead ID" of my team goes along with anything anyone says, so if you disagree, or come to the table with another option, they dump you for not getting along. Take your creativity elsewhere.
