Avantages
Work with intelligent, well-rounded individuals who are passionate about helping clients. Because PIP has implementation model, you have the opportunity to see the difference you are making at the client site. People are very nice and down to earth, always willing to help and give you feedback.
Inconvénients
You are required to travel, but so is every other consulting company. Bench time (time not staffed on an engagement) is unknown, but allows you the opportunity to recharge your batteries and spend quality time at home.
