I work for full price retail store so it is pretty small compared to the outlet locations. Some pros are the there is small team to work with, intimate customer interactions, get a lot of 1-1 time with customers so you have customers you from a relationship with.
Inconvénients
Doing transfers are terrible and shipment is even worse. It is so disorganized from the companies end we get too many boxes for our storage space, all of the shoes are mixed up and we get a lot of things we do not need.
