It is difficult for me to write this since I really do love PUMA and although every company has its lows and one has to choose with what you can live, some parts are becoming really problematic for no reason: the way in which reorganizations or responsibilities are defined makes no sense and it seems like they are done because one manager is more liked than the other manager and creates distress among employees due to a lack of job security or evolution.
It is good to have competition, but chaotic competition should be avoided, but when this occurs, the individual is rewarded. Everyone is trying to show off and get other people's projects. It slowly becomes a hustle to even try to grow, let alone to feel safe and perform. Employees can grow and help the company grow when they know they are safe, not when higher-ups are playing favorites (and they do!!! a lot). It's not coming from a bitter place (felt like this had to be said before it's disregarded or buried in the happy place, happy people comments)
My advice: stop trying to mix things up to make only specific people happy, create development plans with clear paths for everyone, and ensure people are comfortable and secure in their jobs. Don't blame the employees alone and remedy this by conducting a reality check among the higher-ups. The problems are not only on one side.
