None at all in honesty
Inconvénients
Very heavy office politics, with majority of the people being 2-faced especially the management level people, including the HR who is supposed to be neutral. Employee relations are very bad as many are on their own 'gang'. Paints a very beautiful picture during interview but turns out to be a real sh*t place once you take up the offer. Ruthless and cold hearted.
