      Avantages

      Great people, great atmosphere (for now), ability to work on projects not related to your area of expertise.

      Inconvénients

      Being bought by a company that does not place as much value on their employees. Limited work/life balance as people are let go with no new hires coming in. Morale is also headed South based on all of the new rules and restrictions being put into place by MSCI.

      Great company, phenomenal culture, diverse, solid pay, very collaborative environment that promotes success.
