Avantages
Ability to work nearly anywhere in the world, in nearly every profession, only limited by your own skillset. The evaluation process is fair and even, ensuring all employees are rated similarly. Recognition and salary adjustments are based on performance, rather than favoritism. Work/life balance seems to be engrained in management's mind with multiple flexible working plans available to all employees.
Inconvénients
Large company that sometimes has trouble adjusting to new circumstances in the workplace or to customer needs. So many processes and regulations to ensure conformity allow little flexibility for rapidly changing situations in the work environment.
