      Average- above average pay, Ability to move up. Great Work-life balance. 401k match is over 100%. Low medical premiums

      Inconvénients

      Some promotions are geographically limited. Leadership interviews are very structured, like a test not interview. Bonus is below average like most defense contractors

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
