      Avantages

      Very stable, no layoffs while I was there. Decent support for young professionals, including grad school funding and rotational programs.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little below average for software engineering. Had to get a security clearance, which took about a year.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
