      Higher salary than other local employers Policies support life work balance but depends on manager

      Inconvénients

      Most people are relatives of each other You can get hired but won't really get good work/visibility work allotted Lot of talk on diversity but no action at Lower levels- Diversity means white women If someone is liked, They will be allowed work of any type - no qualifications really needed. Those qualified will be just watching

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
