Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Work on the coolest aerospace technology in the Defense industry. I got to spend time working on F-35 and Skunk Works. There is a lot of opportunity to grow professionally and do training. A lot of structure in how systems engineering is taught and learning development of aerospace systems.
Inconvénients
It’s very bureaucratic and things move slowly. There’s a culture of hierarchical leadership. The pay is low relative to other engineering jobs in the Defense industry.
