      Decent health benefits, and salary okay culture

      Inconvénients

      As with any US company, it’s all bottom line and people are expendable. Culture changed over years from a place where it felt like a cohesive team and it was chipped away over time as the US business culture of $$ over people do,instead.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
