      Avantages

      Great experience to grow and move about. Nice diversity and opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.

      Inconvénients

      The best talent does not stay long. Experienced professionals come from other competitors and not from within the company. Training for employees is not as frequent or available as before.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
