Every leader I have engaged with is dedicated to providing coaching and mentorship to high potential, high energy employees. They ensure the employee has training opportunities and stretch assignments that help prepare them for their career goals and aspiring roles.
Inconvénients
As with all larges companies with hundreds of different departments trying to document, communicate and enforce best practices, there is a large amount of red tape that can get in the way of agility and efficiency.
