      Avantages

      - Good pay since they are a big company. - Plenty of opportunities to move around.

      Inconvénients

      - The pros are only there is you are willing to take the Covid shot. LM officially announced if employees do not take the shot, we are getting fired. - Company is extremely woke and flaunts it. - If you are straight, or even a white male, you have a target on your back. No kidding. LM's Global Diversity and Inclusion Office had a banner on their homepage, WMD, white male dominate culture. Very inclusive....not.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
