      Avantages

      Benefits are good. Talks about work/life balance is good.

      Inconvénients

      Execution to work life/balance is iffy sometimes. Its "understood" that there are times to put in more hours. Programs do not promote within, people move to get promoted. This creates people new and training to positions while learning their program at the same time and leads to poor work environments.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
