      Avantages

      Work independently. Managers are typically in the mainland. Very flexible and open to "work from home". Good salaries.

      Inconvénients

      No 401k. Not a lot of space to grow, especially in the engineering field. Location mosty focused on the Corporate division of the company.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
