      The company has a solid benefits package to include educational benefits and they encourage employees to enrich themselves with with professional development courses

      Inconvénients

      Pay is below market average for performing the same skill sets. Bonuses are either non-existent or extremely difficult to get unless you are in a position to generate new business for the company. Promotions are also difficult to attain

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
