      Avantages

      Pay is good, work is engaging and fun, and I'm not overworked or expected to meet unreasonable expectations. Benefits are good and the people are great.

      Inconvénients

      The length of hiring process gets to the point where good candidates are lost just due to an overly cumbersome process.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
