Avantages
Great Company! Particular assignment provided autonomy and minimal oversight. Opportunities for advancement and promotion.
Inconvénients
Pay issues concerning legality of first 5 hours negated for work over 40 hours. Overseas assignment called for 50 + hours per week. Still can't' fathom how the Company's legal team was able to find a loop hole. Even if legally justified, management actions were abhorrent in not correcting an obvious breach of ethical and fair compensation for time worked.
