      The Benefits are really good. Working conditions are above average as well as the flex time working the 9/80 work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Promotional Opportunities don't exist for older workers. Once you have reached an age level your pretty much have come to an end for advancement..

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
