Avantages
Lockheed was a great company to work for my first 14 years with them. A lot of growth opportunity and great leadership. I enjoyed the type of work I did and was able to excel. I felt I was treated well until my last year with them.
Inconvénients
I went out on disability and got screwed. I paid into long term disability for 15 years but when it was time to use it Cigna turned down my long term disability claim. The federal government approved it and yet Cigna turned it down. I have been completely and totally disabled since March, 2010 and Lockheed should have had to pay me 65% of my pay for all these years and they got away without paying me a dime. I should have found a lawyer to take my case because I won the right to sue them when I appealed their decision with the labor board.
