Inconvénients
Long hours, highly bureaucratic, constant political games, and backstabbing is rampant. Everyone continued to want to push me up into the management ladder; I had to fight to get true design work. Started getting dinged on my reviews because I didn't have a masters degree despite the fact that I was one of the few that could actually design something. Eventually they had us start interviewing against our peers for work at the next project. Once I saw that, I was more willing to leave. It took months to make a change that is so obvious to me in one day - but it had to go thru layers of approval before being accepted
