Avantages
Flexible time schedule. I enjoy the 4x10 schedule and its flexibility with peoples time during the work week. As long as you are putting in 40 hours a week during the core hours of 9am-3pm, this schedule can be completely up to you.
Inconvénients
The team is growing and not growing at the same time. Changes in positions constantly make it hard to keep knowledge continuity and only more projects seem to be taken on.
