      Avantages

      Decent Pay, ability to work from home 2 days a week, good people and the company overall seems to actually care about doing right by customers.

      Inconvénients

      The status quo isn't something they diverge from here. Ideas for efficiencies are encouraged but investment in those ideas is minimal. Promotions tend to go to people who leave for other companies then come back to a better position in a year. This is for KeyBank Real Estate Capital.

      Avantages

      If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
