Avantages

Amazing culture, amazing people (yeah this is cliche a bit I get it but the people really are great), senior management (in the US) has a great long term vision for the company. Coworkers will motivate you to learn and do more. Perks are amazing, great RRSP matching, stock plan is great, and lots of other benefits. Manager do have a strong emphasis on developing their people. Intuit has committed to a hybrid approach to WFH once the pandemic is over. We are currently 100% WFH, will be asked to pick 2-3 days per week to be in the office when things open back up.

Inconvénients

Change can happen quickly which can be frustrating to live through at times. Intuit is a US company, and sometimes you feel that intuit Canada is left out of making big decisions. Additionally this can limit options for advancement through the company as more jobs are available in the US.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
