Great trainers but a toxic environment for young employees - Avis employé Customer Service Representative Hastings Direct

The list is never ending, as a graduate I was excited to start working here but once the rose tinted glasses were removed I could see that it wasn’t the friendly, staff oriented place it claims to be. It has been HELL. If you are a young person please avoid working here as much as possible.. explore opportunities elsewhere because dreams come to die here. This is my personal experience but a friend of mine has recently left the company due to his probation not being passed and every mistake being over scrutinised as well as blatant discrimination of his colour and or gender even though targets were being met. I have a lengthy video to post on TikTok talking about this further as to educate people on what it’s like working for this company. This place has had an impact on my mental health as well as my friends mental health who is still currently employed but facing an unjust probation review.
