1. management of unix team does not have any experience of unix. They all come from windows background. Thus, they don't understand unix at all. Ironically, they are appointed as manager of unix team. 2. They never care about of employee's feeling. They just order you to do something all the time and never discuss with you. 3. around 15 enginners resigned during 18 months. the managers do not attribute to incompetency of their management rather than other factors.
