The company espouses their great insight into digital transformation solutions for the marketplace yet they stifle innovation and modernization throughout the internal workforce. A good old boys club of inept sr. management that rewards the wrong behaviors and people for being mediocre and for following orders. Great place to work if you seek domineering leaders, limited advancement and growth opportunities and an atmosphere of servitude amongst the rank and file. Leaders need not apply nor seek hire as the first new thought or great idea will forever brand as nonconformist with an exit strategy in the future. A terrible place to work, especially with the current digital age transformations generating so much excitement. Don't join fujitsu if you want progress but if you like stagnation, sign up now, they need more "yes" people to blindly follow orders.
