Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Some good teams and individuals, some good management. Usually hard work is rewarded. Opportunities from the big brand, its technologies and CSR commitment. Some leadership that realises we have to change.

Inconvénients

Regional leadership trying to translate global strategy; some dreadful outdated internal IT portals from the ICL era; some dreadful new internal IT that is a UX nightmare. Mind numbing browser based training for all. Work here and spend a lot of time worrying that agile startups will take it away from you. Or that similar large companies will find a more effective approach. And everything they say about ICL is true.
