Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Majority of the people I have worked with at Fujitsu are really understanding and willing to help and there is often a team environment. Large company so always opportunity to move internally. Pension scheme very good.

Inconvénients

Awful communication from management, redundancy programmes every few years which are dealt with appallingly by management with no real clue of what the desired outcome should be, with the main focus to cut costs wherever possible. Senior Management are disconnected and are not trustworthy, Internal moves do not increase salary, only experience. Systems in use by the company are not fit for purpose, there are too many systems in place too, though this has improved over the past couple of years.

We are sorry to hear that although you consider the work environment to be positive and are pleased with your colleagues, you are not completely satisfied. As within any large, international organization going through change, we realize that we ask our employees for quite some flexibility.
