Avantages

None from an engineer's point of view.

Inconvénients

Shocking treatment of lower level engineers. No quality control over parts, hence the huge number of Faulty on Fit parts when on site. Management who were totally disinterested in major issues like the latter and only wanted to sit and tick boxes on spreadsheets to improve closure figures. Call allocation with no planning or coordination, call centre staff with no basic map skills, encouraged to "get calls of the system" rather than allocate calls to engineers with relevant skillset, security clearance or H&S training, or event in a relevant location. Easily the worst company I have ever worked for, no surprise to find they are ditching their hardware support contracts and getting rid of their engineers. Never been so happy to be leave a job, the most negative environment of my career.
