      Avantages

      It is not difficult and people are all like minded. It is very close to the freeways. There will always be jobs available even though some campaigns leave.

      Communication is lacking within management. Management doesnt know information before most people. The contracts where handles badly

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
