      Avantages

      Fair hours, reasonable expectations, pretty good training program, and a little room for growth. They update end-user tech pretty fast.

      Inconvénients

      The starting compensation is ok, but the raises are laughable. Sometimes it feels like you're forgotten about, but I guess that's true everywhere.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
