      shady, wouldnt tell there employees anything, won't let you cancel insurance since you cant afford it, very very awful company to work for. And even worse if your laid off very shady about their practices.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
