      Staff are friendly and are really competent. Provides premium healthcare.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary package. They provide premium healthcare because they'll let you work even if your sick you'll only be excused to take a leave if you need surgery or if you're dying.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
