      Environment Has good and the best people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Basic Salary is very low. There are a lots of call every day and you are force to do OT everyday.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
