Avantages

Un travail et des clients intéressants dans une entreprise en pleine croissance. Grande opportunité de croissance. Très ouverte au télétravail et au congé maternité.

Inconvénients

Penser en silos. Les ministères ne communiquent pas entre eux et le blâme sera rejeté d'un côté à l'autre. "Ce n'est pas mon travail ! Demandez à quelqu'un d'autre !" Tout le monde est concentré uniquement sur son travail quotidien. Aucune innovation ou pensée extérieure. Lorsque vous proposerez de nouvelles idées, elles seront rejetées. Il n'y a pas de stratégie. La vision de la direction est rudimentaire et change tous les semestres. Il n'y a pas de cohérence dans la mise au point.

Avantages

Some talented coworkers and interesting challenges projects. Flexible work hours depending on the team. Global team that is mostly accessible.

Inconvénients

No defined company culture; HR is practically invisible and only involved when terminating employees Internal projects often stalled by arbitrary rules and unclear decision-making processes Leadership is resistant to adopting modern technologies or investing in long-term innovation Compensation is based on location rather than performance; raises and bonuses were promised but never delivered Little to no support for employee growth or strategic partnerships
